Frequently asked questions about introducing ParkMotion
Do I need to replace my existing website to use ParkMotion?
No! ParkMotion provides an easy-to-use interface for managing parking. You absolutely don’t need to replace your website; thanks to multiple integration options, it can even be used without modifying the website.
How many types of parking lots can it handle?
As many as needed. The parking lot can have 100 regular spots, 50 oversized ones, or 30 covered and 200 outdoor—any combination can be set.
Can I start parking without a reservation?
Yes, “walk-in” clients can also be quickly registered by providing contact details, departure time, and number of passengers. All other data can be filled in later and modified as needed.
Can I apply discounts?
Yes, you can apply percentage-based or fixed-amount price modifiers. The modification can be negative (discount) or even positive (e.g. extra fee for late arrival).
Can I set a custom price for parking?
Yes, the parking fee can be overridden for custom pricing, e.g. for extremely long stays or oversized vehicles.
